Healing 4The Paralyzed Man Lowered Through the RoofHis friends could not get through the crowd so they cut a hole in the roof and lowered him down. Jesus saw their faith, forgave the man’s sins, then healed his body. Faith that shows up creatively gets results.Mark 2:1–12Faith

Healing 5The Man with a Withered HandIn a synagogue on the Sabbath, Jesus healed a man’s withered hand in front of the religious leaders who were watching to accuse Him. He healed anyway. Rules do not outrank compassion.Mark 3:1–6Healing

Healing 7The Syrophoenician Woman’s DaughterA Gentile woman begged Jesus to heal her demon-possessed daughter. He tested her persistence. She did not back down. He healed the girl from a distance because of her faith. He responds to faith that does not quit.Mark 7:24–30Persistence

Healing 10Blind BartimaeusHe was told to be quiet. He cried out louder. Jesus stopped everything and called him over. What do you want me to do for you? Bartimaeus said he wanted to see. He received his sight and followed Jesus on the road.Mark 10:46–52Faith

Healing 11The Centurion’s ServantA Roman centurion told Jesus he was not worthy for Him to come to his house, just say the word and his servant would be healed. Jesus was amazed at his faith and healed the servant from a distance. He does not have to be physically present to move.Matthew 8:5–13Faith

Healing 12The Two Blind MenTwo blind men followed Jesus calling out for mercy. He asked if they believed He could do it. They said yes. He touched their eyes and they could see. Belief precedes the miracle.Matthew 9:27–31Faith

Healing 13The Crippled WomanShe had been bent over and unable to straighten up for eighteen years. Jesus called her over, said she was set free from her infirmity, and laid hands on her. She stood up straight immediately. Eighteen years undone in a moment.Luke 13:10–17Healing

Healing 14The Man with DropsyOn the Sabbath, at a Pharisee’s house, in front of everyone watching to catch Him, Jesus healed a man with severe swelling. He asked if it was lawful to heal on the Sabbath. Nobody answered. He healed him and sent him home.Luke 14:1–6Healing

Healing 15The Ten LepersTen men stood at a distance and cried out for mercy. Jesus told them to go show themselves to the priests. As they went, they were healed. Only one came back to say thank you. Jesus noted it. Gratitude matters to Him.Luke 17:11–19Gratitude
